Octoganal, SIP-based structure. ~700 sqft living space. Octogan means better space effiency (floorspace vs. wall space.)
Pros:
- Everything in one pre-packaged product
- Effecient design
- Already employs SIPS, some passive solar, small footprint principles, etc.
Cons:
- Resale. How many other buyers will be interested?
- Effecient use of passive solar principles? How much is sacrificed for octoganal shape?
- Where is the mechanical closet (air exchanger, water heater, etc?)
- Cost? Not currently published on their website.
Perhaps it's a better idea than implementation?
